Seven-day fix-or-refund process
If a paid digital deliverable is missing, materially unusable, or clearly unrelated to the scanned site, email hello@llmcheck.org within seven calendar days of purchase. Include the PayPal receipt or order ID, report URL, and a concise description of the issue.
How we resolve a request
We will first verify the payment and report, then either repair or regenerate the affected deliverable within a reasonable support window. If we cannot provide a usable correction, we will issue a refund through PayPal to the original payment method. Refund timing after approval is controlled by PayPal and the payment provider.
Limits
A preference change, failure to review generated output before publishing, or lack of a guaranteed ranking, citation, traffic, or revenue result does not by itself make a deliverable unusable. Implementation deposits are reviewed against the agreed scope and work already performed. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
