What we collect
LLMCheck processes URLs you submit, public website content fetched for the scan, generated findings, and an email address when you provide one. Contact forms may include your name, email, website, and message. For purchases, we retain order identifiers, product, amount, status, timestamps, and payer email supplied by PayPal. We do not intentionally receive or store card or bank credentials.
How we use information
We use this information to run scans, create and persist reports and paid deliverables, fulfill purchases, provide support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, measure the funnel, and improve output quality. We do not sell personal information.
Public report URLs
Report pages are unlisted but accessible to anyone who has the report URL. Do not submit confidential material. Public report API responses exclude submitted email addresses, raw fetched content, payment records, and internal fields. Contact us if a report should be removed.
Processors and transfers
Depending on configuration, LLMCheck uses Vercel for hosting, Neon for Postgres storage, OpenAI for limited generated text, PayPal for payments, Google Analytics or Tag Manager for usage measurement, and Telegram for operational notifications. These providers process data under their own terms and may process it in other countries.
Retention and deletion
Reports and deliverables are retained while needed to provide the report URL and service, or until a verified deletion request is completed. Contact submissions and optional scan emails are normally retained for up to 24 months. Payment and refund records may be retained longer where required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Backups may take additional time to expire.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@llmcheck.org with the report URL and enough information to verify the request. You may block analytics through browser controls; core report and payment processing still require essential service data.
